If the process was safe, The Bush Adminstration would not have jammed through the the end of term ‘so called’ Halliburton Loophole that forbids citizen lawsuit under the safe water drinking act and the Clean Water Acts. Why the industry exemption from accountability and suit if it is a safe process.
